DC999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and DC999 ("DC999," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the DC999 online gaming platform available at dc999.biz, including all associated services, features, content, and promotional offers.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the DC999 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the DC999 platform.

DC999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration at any time.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active DC999 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all such accounts being closed and all associated balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your DC999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not:

• Allow any other person to access your DC999 account or conduct gaming activity on your behalf;

DC999 facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and DC999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposit requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the DC999 Cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your DC999 wallet balance within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method. DC999 does not accept deposits made using funds that do not belong to you.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. DC999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Standard processing within 5–30 minutes following approval;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Standard processing within 1–4 hours following approval;
• Visa / Mastercard: Standard processing within 1–3 business days following approval.

DC999 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of account identity, bonus wagering requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity. • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to conduct gaming activity on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of illegally obtained funds via the DC999 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for personal financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to DC999 support;

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, source code, game graphics, and other materials comprising the DC999 platform ("DC999 IP") are the exclusive property of DC999 or its licensed partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your DC999 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the DC999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works of any DC999 IP without the express prior written consent of DC999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DC999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the DC999 platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of gaming session data due to connectivity or technical issues;
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the DC999 platform;
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond DC999's reasonable control.

DC999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DC999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting DC999 customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure, provided all KYC and wagering requirements are satisfied.

Involuntary Closure: DC999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the event of:

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent DC999 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or remedy a breach of these Terms causing or likely to cause irreparable harm to DC999 or its players.
